Immigration Advice

We provide immigration support to Latin American and other Black and Global Majority women who are survivors of gender-based violence and who need immigration advice as part of their case.

We offer one-to-one information, support and advice by appointment only in the following immigration matters: MVDAC and SET (DV) applications under the Domestic violence route, family route under the parent only (FLR-FP), EUSS (settlement applications and DV route), registration of minors, and adult naturalisation, and fee waivers for FLP-FP and registration applications.

Please note that we are unable to support with other immigration matters. If your query relates to a different issue, you may wish to contact IRMO, Latin American House, Citizens Advice, Migrant Help, or an IAA-registered immigration adviser or solicitor, who may be able to help
