Migration and adaptation to a new culture affect in a different way the perception that we have about ourselves, our bodies, our health, and surroundings. Sometimes eating habits, schedules, work commitment, and the time we dedicate to care; stop us from having time for self-care and feel our emotions. The changes that are happening in our bodies, minds, feelings, and spirits; we silence them putting our health and wellbeing at risk.

Change Maker Programme invites you to its experience-based workshop: “Beauty, Self-care and Decolonial Healing, to reconnect with our bodies, acknowledge them, and celebrate them. Through compassion methodology and cyclic feminine wisdom; we will try to heal the wounds that have provoked shame, discrimination, racism, sexual violence and internal guilty. Come and exercise with us your own healing.
