Domestic violence is traumatising experience. Often we find ourselves struggling with conflicting emotions, fears, memories and damaged self-esteem that has come as a result.
Having a space to talk about your experience and receive professional support to work through it can be a very helpful in learning to cope and heal.

Our free individual counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for you to express yourself and reflect on the issues that are causing you suffering, so that we can help you overcome this trauma and move forward.
